Your satisfaction is our number one concern. Wear your fur and examine it for two days and if you don't love it, send it back.

The right measurements are the key to an excellent fit. We do our very best to provide you with all necessary measurements. Please be sure to measure carefully prior to placing an order.

Returns must be shipped via 3-day priority, with delivery confirmation and insurance. We will refund your payment via your original payment method, less shipping and handling charges.

Shipping Policy:

A $25.00 UPS ground shipping fee will be added to the cost of each fur sent to the 48 contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico will be subject to an additional charge. Inquire about international shipping.
